1. Acceptance

By accessing the Oracle e-Sports website or participating in our community events, you agree to abide by these terms. Oracle e-Sports serves the Fighting Game Community (FGC) in the Dominican Republic and beyond.

2. Conduct & Sportsmanship

• We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
• Collusion, bracket manipulation, or cheating in any form will result in an immediate ban from Oracle-sanctioned events.
• Players are expected to represent the DR FGC with professionalism during local and international competition.

3. Liability

Oracle e-Sports is not liable for technical issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g., Start.gg, Challonge, PSN, or Steam) or for personal belongings during offline local meetups.

1. Data Collection

We collect minimal data necessary for tournament organization, including Gamer Tags, real names for prize distribution, and contact emails. We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers.

2. Public Profiles

By participating in Oracle events, your match history, rankings, and gamer tag will be publicly displayed on our "Records" and "Roster" sections to foster community transparency and competitive history.

3. Media Consent

Participation in Oracle events implies consent to appear in tournament VODs, stream highlights, and social media photography used for organizational promotion.

1. Asset License

Oracle e-Sports grants a limited license to use our brand assets (logo, overlays) for community-driven content, provided no commercial profit is made and the brand is not misrepresented.

2. Software & Tools

Any proprietary tools provided on this site (ranking calculators, registration scripts) are provided "as-is" without warranty. Reverse engineering Oracle-specific code is prohibited.

3. Brand Integrity

We reserve the right to revoke permission to use Oracle branding from any individual whose public conduct contradicts our community values.

1. Communication Channels

For general inquiries, data deletion requests, or to report a violation of our Terms of Service, please contact our administrative team by opening a secure ticket in the official Oracle Discord server or by reaching out to admins directly in our official WhatsApp group.

2. Reporting Protocol

All reports of harassment or competitive manipulation are treated with strict confidentiality. Include relevant timestamps, screenshots, or VOD links when submitting a report to expedite the review process.

1. Minimum Age (COPPA)

To comply with international child protection standards, the minimum age to apply for the active roster or participate in Oracle e-Sports events is 13 years of age.

2. Parental Consent

Competitors under the age of 18 ("Minors") must obtain and provide verifiable parental or legal guardian consent to participate in prize-bearing tournaments.

1. Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
